Hello, I am Kirohan (Kaoru Iroha), a visual artist living in Los Angeles.
I have been painting ACEO cards and other small paintings since August 2011. I love small paintings because I am able to finish them "relatively" quickly and able to move to the next project easily. I paint whatever moves me...forests, trees, animals, beautiful girls, handsome men, dancers, vampires, aliens, space invaders, historical figures, etc. I hope to develop my own unique style and the skills to paint fast because I would like to illustrate comic books and graphic novels. I created this blog to have a chronological list of my artwork. My desire is to record each painting and keep track of when I painted them, when they sell, and how my painting style have changed. Recently I installed a Paypal Purchase button on this blog for you to be able to purchase original ACEO paintings and prints.
Most of my paintings are original ACEO which size is 3.5" x 2.5". I also sell the ACEO prints which are the same size as the originals 3.5"x2.5" and slightly larger prints 6.5"x4.7". Much larger prints are available from my other artist website (see below).
